Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Recharge Belissima. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Your account

To use most features you must create an account using an email and password or a supported third-party sign-in. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. The Services

Recharge Belissima lets you purchase mobile airtime, data, and related top-ups and send them to mobile numbers you specify, including for third parties. Product availability, denominations, and pricing depend on the destination country and carrier and may change at any time.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown before you confirm an order and may include applicable fees and taxes. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.

• Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Stripe; your use of that payment method is also subject to Stripe's terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring the destination number, carrier, and amount are correct before you confirm an order.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, where we suspect fraud or error, or a violation of these Terms.

6. Delivery of recharges

We work to deliver top-ups promptly, but delivery times depend on mobile carriers and other third parties and are not guaranteed. Once a recharge has been delivered to the number you provided, it is generally final and cannot be reversed.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because recharges are delivered electronically and often instantly, orders are generally non-refundable once completed. If a top-up fails to be delivered or you were charged in error, contact us at privacy@jlrecharge.com and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or credit in accordance with applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Use stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods;
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or related systems;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means except as expressly permitted;
• Infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable law or carrier requirement.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including mobile carriers and aggregators, the Stripe payment platform, and Google Firebase infrastructure. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of those third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, text, and trademarks, are owned by Recharge Belissima or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recharge Belissima and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recharge Belissima, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Services, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Recharge Belissima's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. You agree to resolve disputes before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under local law.
