• Transaction details — the mobile numbers, carriers, countries, amounts, and products involved in the recharges you send, along with your order and payment history.
• Payment information — when you pay, our payment processor collects your card or payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; we retain limited data such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiration date.
• Communications — messages, requests, and feedback you send to our support team.
• Device and usage data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, and how you interact with the Services, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Process and deliver your recharges and other transactions;
• Create and secure your account and verify your identity;
• Process payments and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Send you transactional messages, receipts, and important service notices;
• Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following legal bases to process your information: performance of our contract with you, to deliver the Services you request; our legitimate interests, to secure, improve, and promote the Services; your consent, where we ask for it, such as for certain cookies or marketing; and compliance with our legal obligations.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Payment processors — to charge your payment method and process refunds. Payments are handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Mobile carriers and distribution partners — to route and fulfil the recharge you request, we share the destination number and product details with the relevant operator or aggregator.
• Service providers — cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and customer-support vendors who process data on our behalf under contract. Authentication and core infrastructure are provided by Google Firebase.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Recharge Belissima, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Payments

Card and payment processing is performed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Your payment credentials are transmitted to the provider and handled in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard. We receive only the limited information needed to identify your payment method and confirm your transactions.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Services, and understand how they are used. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services work.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We also retain transaction and payment records for longer periods where required to meet legal, accounting, tax, and anti-fraud obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Recharge Belissima operates globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, such as using recognized safeguards and contractual protections.
